Bauple Broadband Free Internet Service - All welcome!  Further information below in venues and services section!

Located at 14 Bauple Drive, Bauple (next to the old service station/cafe)

A free service, that is open 9am to 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (a JP is available there on Fridays)

 

Lighthouse Christian Church

Service on Sundays at 10am

Live Wires Kids Program

Is on Sundays at the Lighthouse Christian Church at 10.45am.

Mount Bauple & District Historical Museum

Is open Friday to Tuesday 9am - 2pm

Playgroup

Is held at the Bauple State School Fridays 9-11am.

Rossendale Tennis Club

Has social Tennis on Friday nights from 7pm.

Court hire available during the week also.

Day and evenings.       

Scouts and Cubs Australia in Bauple

Is based near the Recreational Grounds and operates on Thursdays 4.30pm - 6.30pm.  

The Community Shed

Is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays 8.30am - 1.30pm

 

Yoga Exercises and Relaxation

Is held on Tuesday at 8.30am - 10am at the Q150 shed.

What events take place each month in Bauple?

Bauple Country Market

On the 4th Saturday of the month 7am - 1pm   

(Twilight Markets 4pm - 7pm Dec/Mar)

Held at the Bauple Band Hall and The Band Hall Green.

Bauple Barter/Harvest Swap

2nd Saturday of the month 9am - 11am

Held at the Bauple Museum

Money free gathering for swapping excess homegrown produce, recyclable items.

Items include vegetable, herbs, fruit, eggs, seedlings & seeds, preserves and home baked/homemade goods.  Or even a packet of store bought bickies to share.

Bingo

Is held on the 4th Friday each month at 6.30pm

at the Q150 Shed.

Mount Bauple & District Historical Museum - Mix & Mingle Morning Tea

Usually the second Saturday of the month - 10am - 12pm  (can change to suit other events)

Social Gathering and Morning Tea, for new and long-term residents to mix and mingle.

A free event and it is asked each family brings a plate of food to share.

Barista coffee and cold drinks, ice-creams and snacks are available to purchase from the museum.

Standard coffee and tea is free. 

What Venues and Services are there in Bauple?

Bauple Broadband

Located at 14 Bauple Drive, Bauple (next to the old service station/cafe)

Is a volunteer operated service, providing free internet (and assistance when needed). 

Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9am - 12pm

(Photo copying is available for a small fee) and a JP is available on Friday mornings.

They offer coffee and a drink vending machine is on site. 

Visitors can update their phones etc. free of charge, as funding is provided through grants from Goodthings Foundation and Get Online Week.

Bauple Community Shed

Located 14 Forestry Rd, Bauple.

A volunteer operated service welcoming men and women.

(Currently looking for qualified tradesmen to help teach, particularly in carpentry and metal work)

A well set up working shed, presenting many opportunities to those who are interested.

Visitors are welcome to call in also)

Open 3 mornings a week.  Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, 9am - 2pm

Bauple State School

Located at 44 Forestry Road, Bauple.

Catering for children in years Prep to Year 6.

Brian Talman Park

On Darwin Road, (Opposite Faine Rd) Forest View, Bauple.  

It has barbeque and picnic facilities, a shelter and seating (please note: no toilet)

 

Lighthouse Christian Church

Located at 20-22 Main Street, Bauple.

Church Service on Sunday mornings at 10am

A  vast amount of memorabilia, showcasing life in Bauple from the pioneering days!

Located at 1 Main Street, Bauple.

Open 5 days a week 9am - 2pm.

Volunteer operated.

Outdoor toilets open 24 hours/7 days a week

2 x undercover, Free BBQ's with ample seating

Childrens Playground and beautiful large gardens to get in touch with nature!

A traveller's library.

Q150 Building & the Recreational Grounds

Located at18 Forestry Road, Bauple.

Can be hired out.

Indoor Kitchen, large indoor area to cater for emergency accommodation.

External toilets and showers open 24 hour/7 days a week.

External stage area.
